These programs will be customized considering customer's needs and goals. You will have a follow-up every 5 weeks.
Aerobic Classes Step: Tuesday-Thursday; 9-10 am An hour of intensive exercise
- 10 minutes - warm up
- 45 minutes - step
- 5 minutes - cool down
This is a class with a combination of cardiovascular and strength training exercises.
Abdominal Classes Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9:30-10 am Tuesday-Thursday 6:30-7 am This is a 30-minute class with a combination of abdominal exercises and Pilates using a 22" flexiball. It will work abdominal muscles, lower body muscles (legs & glutes) and lower back muscles.
Exercise is the only healthy way to prevent diseases and to alleviate tension and stress. Note: Officers' Club Memberships are available to GS-7 equivalent and above and CSMs. Sign up for a membership at the Cashier's cage.
