Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only after all benefit claims have
been processed by the patient’s health insurance carrier. If you have overpaid your account, call (910)
484-2171 extension 171 to request a refund.
All refunds are issued by corporate check and are processed within ten
(10) business days of the request.

FLU SYMPTOMS
As a precautionary measure, we are asking that patients reschedule appointments if they have signs and symptoms consistent with the flu.
Signs include: fever, headache, tiredness, dry cough, sore throat, nasal congestion, and body aches.
Due to the increased risk of H1N1 flu virus, patients who present for an appointment with flu-like symptoms may be rescheduled. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but feel these precautions are vital to health and safety of our patients and staff.
